Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
1–3 business days
We carefully prepare and pack every order within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Standard Shipping
3–7 business days
Free on all U.S. orders over $75. Flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $75.
Expedited Options
Available at checkout
Need it faster? Choose expedited or overnight shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $75. Flat rate of $5.95 otherwise.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for orders placed before 12pm EST. Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx International.
- Standard International (7–21 business days): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Express International (3–7 business days): Available for most countries. Calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. 5TIERS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package through:
- The carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Your 5TIERS account dashboard (if you have one)
- The shipping confirmation email link
If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please email us at 5tiersboutique@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Email us at 5tiersboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost) or receipt (for damaged).
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email us at 5tiersboutique@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't change addresses once a package has shipped.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered items, estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. We'll email you if there are any delays beyond the original timeline.
