Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or from your 5TIERS account dashboard.

Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items (intimates, accessories, and sale items) are not eligible for return. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Email us at 5tiersboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Absolutely! Just mention the size you'd like when you email us about your return, and we'll send out the replacement once we receive the original item (subject to availability).
