What's Eligible for Return?
We Accept Returns For
- ✓ Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- ✓ Items with original tags still attached
- ✓ Returned within 14 days of delivery
- ✓ Items in original packaging
- ✓ Defective or damaged items (anytime)
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
- ✗ Intimates and bodysuits
- ✗ Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
- ✗ Sale items and clearance
- ✗ Gift cards
- ✗ Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
How to Start a Return
Email Us
Send your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return to 5tiersboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Get Authorization
We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address within 1 business day.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item(s) securely with tags attached. Include your RMA number inside the package. Drop off at any carrier.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free size/color exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To start an exchange, email us at 5tiersboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the new size/color you'd like. We'll send out the replacement as soon as we receive and process your original item (subject to availability).
If the new item you'd like is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund or offer you a store credit.
